A lots of ladies go through the itching, discharge and fishy smell down there, but they’ll never accept that it does happen openly. Discussing such topic with someone feels really awkward to most ladies. The only place they can do that is on social media.

This is why a lot of ladies go on social media while trying to remain anonymous ask questions like:

I can go on and on, the list is endless. It may interest you to know that some years back, things like this where not so common just as we are currently experiencing in our present generation.

Most of the things we use on our body have contributed immensely to the high rate of vaginal and other forms of infection we are currently battling with. Our kind of lifestyle and the things we consume is one of the contributing factors to our problems.

Most ladies out there prefer to buy a wig of 30 thousand, make up of 15 thousand, cream of 10 thousand, but will not want to take care of their vaginal seriously. Since people are not seeing their vaginal, they prefer to pay less attention to it until an infection is developed. But I tell you that is a misplaced priority.

Let’s Even Dive Deep Into This Matter, What are The Causes Of Vaginal Infection?

Common Causes Of Vaginal Infections Include:

Bacterial infections. Certain bacteria are commonly found in your vagina. An overgrowth of these bacteria can cause bacterial vaginosis.

Yeast infections. Yeast infections are usually caused by a fungus called Candida albicans. Many things, including antibiotics, can reduce the number of antifungal bacteria in your vagina. This reduction can lead    to an overgrowth of fungi and cause an infection.

Trichomoniasis. This vaginal infection is caused by a protozoan parasite that can be contracted through sexual intercourse.

Vaginal atrophy. This condition commonly occurs after menopause. It can also develop during other times in your life when your estrogen levels decline, such as while breastfeeding. Reduced hormone levels can cause vaginal thinning and dryness. These can lead to vaginal inflammation.

Irritants. Soaps, body washes, perfumes, and vaginal contraceptives can all irritate your vagina. This can cause inflammation. Tight-fitting clothes may also cause heat rashes that irritate your vagina.
